What You'll Do
Manage and register tax documents, ensuring compliance and proper documentation of expenses. Ensure accurate issuance and validation of electronic invoices to clients. Execute collection strategies and analyze key indicators to reduce delinquency and ensure cash flow. Support monthly and annual accounting closures and assist in financial reporting.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or Administration. Advanced proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel. At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting, billing, and collections, preferably in multinational environments. Experience in automation and application of Artificial Intelligence (Claude/Python).
