Lead the validation and homologation processes for new products/components in collaboration with clients and partner laboratories. Act as the quality representative within project teams, conducting quality gate reviews and risk analysis. Facilitate communication between development engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and clients to align quality requirements from the start of the product lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an active CREA registration. Advanced/Fluent English for frequent communication with international teams. Experience in product quality engineering, preferably in the automotive sector. Familiarity with PPAP, CRS, Risk Assessment, and Capabilities tools.
