Act as a strategic partner to management in people management decisions. Conduct internal consulting on People and Culture subsystems. Support leadership development and succession planning. Analyze and monitor People and Culture indicators to propose continuous improvements.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in People and Culture subsystems and as a Business Partner. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Valid driver's license (CNH category B).
