What You'll Do
Lead, monitor, and develop Product Designers, promoting technical evolution and professional development. Work closely with squads and product and technology leaders to guide product direction and evolution. Ensure design quality by overseeing solutions from problem identification to implementation.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in Product Design and leadership of design teams, with a background in managing and developing Product Designers in digital product and service environments. Mastery of key design disciplines and practices, including Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, Interaction Design, User Research, Design Systems, and Service Design.
