Lead IT Due Diligence projects, assessing technology environments, risks, dependencies, costs, and impacts related to transactions. Manage technology integration and separation projects, including Day 1 planning, roadmaps, systems, infrastructure, data, cutover, and TSAs. Evaluate corporate IT architecture and environments, including applications, ERP, integrations, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and data.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Experience in IT architecture and corporate IT environments. Knowledge of corporate applications, integrations, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and data. Fluent in English.
