The primary mission is to architect and operate the intelligence system guiding the growth engine, ensuring profitable scaling by aligning customer acquisition with long-term performance metrics like retention and contribution margin. This involves building unified measurement layers, optimizing marketing spend under contribution margin guardrails, and increasing 24-month cohort contribution margin.

Requirements

Candidates must have a strong track record as a hands-on analytics operator with deep fluency in cohort economics, retention, LTV, and contribution margin, alongside a strong paid media analytics foundation. Essential technical skills include advanced SQL and BI proficiency for building scalable dashboards, coupled with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable, decision-ready frameworks.
