Financial Analyst, Device Finance, Amazon Devices & Services

Perform monthly accounting reconciliations between Amazon's records and the third-party importer, resolving discrepancies in logistics, pricing, and inventory data. Support the monthly financial close process for Brazil, including journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, and variance analysis. Track and reconcile logistics and shipment data with external partners and Amazon's internal systems. Identify repetitive, manual workflows in the Brazil finance process and develop automation solutions to reduce cycle time and error rates.

1+ years of finance experience. 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience. Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills. Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting.
