Commercial Contracts Specialist - Legal Ops

Own the database of revenue-generating agreements VTEX holds in LATAM, North America, EMEA and APAC, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Build solutions to track key dates and obligations, and turn contract data into reports and insights for decision-making. Manage integration of contract workflows with CRM and other tools, and identify AI and automation solutions for contract processes.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field. 3 to 8 years of experience in legal operations at a multinational company, managing contracts in multiple languages. Advanced or fluent Portuguese and English, with strong data skills and experience with automation tools.
