The Associate will be responsible for driving financial oversight, including calculating month-end results, forecasts, and budgets, while conducting thorough variance analysis to identify key financial drivers. Key duties also involve delivering various financial reports to Senior Management and enhancing efficiency through process improvements and project execution.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related technical field, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant Finance and Planning experience, demonstrating strong strategic analysis and project execution capabilities. Essential technical skills include advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and particularly Alteryx, complemented by excellent communication and collaborative abilities.
