Core Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and evolution of the payment methods portfolio, focusing on growth in volume, adoption, recurrence, and customer experience. Ensure operational stability, efficiency, and quality of transactional flows, including financial settlement and service availability. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as transaction volume, success rate, SLA, availability, processing time, and conversion.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or related fields. Solid experience in payment methods (Pix, TED, boletos) and in-depth knowledge of the Brazilian Payment System (SPB) and Central Bank regulations. Previous experience in managing teams and leading transactional operations or products.
