Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in advanced written and spoken French and English, and available to work Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 2 PM, with flexibility for occasional holidays or weekends. Required attributes include demonstrated resiliency in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, strong customer service experience, and exceptional listening and problem-solving skills.
