Structure and maintain the always-on commercial campaign calendar for different products. Develop concepts and materials for specific campaigns in partnership with Product and Commercial teams. Create replicable frameworks and playbooks to enable commercial teams to execute future campaigns autonomously.

Previous experience in B2B communication, trade marketing, or sales enablement with an understanding of communication dynamics for channels or commercial teams. Experience in creating frameworks and processes that go beyond executing specific tasks. Strong writing and storytelling skills to convey complex themes into clear and persuasive messages.

The position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work flexibility with one week per month in the office located in Vila Leopoldina. The company is focused on providing an environment that encourages autonomy and the use of cutting-edge technology.
