Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for owning and executing key components of the LATAM One XP roadmap, focusing on developing and optimizing owned digital platforms like websites, CRM ecosystems, and loyalty platforms to drive consumer engagement and retention. The manager will also orchestrate platform execution by partnering with global teams to deploy capabilities and coordinate integrations across subfunctions like CRM, media, and commerce.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and have 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, platforms, CRM, data, or digital commerce, ideally within CPG/FMCG environments. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish or Portuguese being strongly preferred, alongside proven experience delivering large-scale digital initiatives.
