Retail - Human Resource Business Partner

Partner with operational and functional leaders to design and deliver people strategies aligned with business goals. Lead engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives to build a positive culture. Oversee complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Jamaican labor law. Analyze workforce data to design evidence-based retention interventions.

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Psychology, HR Management, or Organizational Development. Must have experience in a senior HR leadership role, managing a team of HR professionals. Minimum 3-4 years in the BPO industry with general knowledge of labor standards and employee engagement practices.
