Senior Process Analyst (BA)

Lead discovery workshops and gather information. Conduct structured interviews using SIPOC methodology. Analyze and document AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes. Identify improvement opportunities and evaluate the level of manuality and automation of processes.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Process Analyst or Business Analyst. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Experience in process analysis, governance models, and facilitating workshops with stakeholders.

Hybrid work modality with office attendance as needed.
