Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for building and scaling a high-performance creator acquisition and retention program, focusing on turning creators into reliable revenue drivers through Instagram and TikTok. Key duties include sourcing creators, managing agency relationships, owning the entire creator pipeline from outreach to performance analysis, and coordinating all campaign deliverables.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, specifically with a strong focus on Direct-Response or Performance-based programs. A proven track record of managing 50+ creators simultaneously, including contract, creative, and performance tracking, along with an analytical mindset for KPI reporting, is required.
