Sr Specialist - Employee Relations

Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a superior offboarding experience. Provide guidance on HR matters including termination and redundancy processes, and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees. Track and maintain employee records with strict adherence to privacy regulations.

Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies. Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance. Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English, with additional languages considered a plus.
