Asesor/a SR Riesgo de Crédito Empresarial/ Sector inmobiliario

Analyze credit proposals from housing developers, assessing the financial, technical, and legal viability of each request. Actively negotiate with business units to ensure proper flow of financing proposals. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements and project projections in the Residential Real Estate sector. Present analysis results clearly to senior management committees for financing approval or rejection.

2+ years of experience in wholesale credit analysis. Master's degree preferred. Essential knowledge in wholesale credit analysis and desirable knowledge in housing sector and bridge credit.

The position requires on-site attendance at the BBVA Corporate Tower. The company promotes a diverse and inclusive work environment.
