Design and execute a sustainable SME user research system to generate deep insights into their financial behavior, translating these findings into clear and actionable deliverables. Collaborate across product, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to validate hypotheses and ensure strategic decisions integrate the customer's voice.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Anthropology, along with user research experience, preferably in B2B fintech or digital banking. Must possess solid knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and familiarity with research and collaboration tools.
