Core Responsibilities

The role involves designing, implementing, and automating Role Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across CIB business units by analyzing access data and collaborating with stakeholders. Responsibilities also include driving automation adoption, delivering training, acting as a point of contact, and continuously enhancing access management processes.

Requirements

Candidates should ideally possess a Bachelor’s degree and have over 2 years of relevant experience in access management, controls, or risk mitigation. Strong proficiency in communication, advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, and excellent organizational/project management abilities are required.
