What You'll Do
Perform sensory analysis using predetermined techniques to meet service requirements. Participate in the development of new methodologies and execute methods while recording results and processing data. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and notify of any defects or needs for replacement.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Fisheries Engineering, Food Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Biology, or related fields. Ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience as a sensory analysis analyst in hydrobiological products and other foods. Practical and theoretical knowledge in sensory analysis methods is required.
