Implement and monitor global HR policies and processes in the region. Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, promotions, and terminations. Lead recruitment and selection processes to ensure talent availability. Design and implement training programs aligned with business needs.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or similar. Previous experience in generalist HR positions within the Oil & Gas sector. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Success Factors.
