Talent Services L&D_Associate - Americas Learning Delivery Associate - EY GDS

Analyze course logistical requirements and determine appropriate facilities for in-person learning. Collaborate with delivery team members to coordinate activities needed for classes, including confirming space and finalizing materials. Review and reconcile class rosters to ensure accurate credit awarding and act as a point of contact for facilitators and participants.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. 1-3 years of experience in learning, meeting and event services, or hospitality. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and knowledge of virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and MS Teams.

Working hours may be flexible, but time off could be limited during specific business demands. All overtime must be approved in advance.
