Coordinate and follow up on technological solutions and tools used by the Loyalty area. Participate in the management, analysis, and improvement of internal processes, identifying optimization opportunities. Administer and monitor technological tools, ensuring their proper operation and incident management.

Bachelor's degree in Processes Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related fields. Advanced English, both written and conversational. Experience working with digital products, technological solutions, or digital tools. Experience in testing environments, validating functionalities and solutions before release.
