What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end recruiting process for high-impact roles across Product, Data, and GTM, including senior leadership and executive searches. Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leaders, bringing structured processes, market insights, and strategic recommendations. Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting candidates across different functions. Demonstrated success recruiting for Product and Data roles, as well as GTM functions such as Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships. Strong experience managing searches end to end, preferably in an in-house environment.
What We Offer
