Lead the technical and functional aspects of the team on the Agents Hub and Swarm platforms, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives and clear priorities. Design and evolve scalable and reliable distributed architectures for the orchestration and asynchronous execution of AI agents, considering security, performance, and observability in production. Identify technical debt, vulnerabilities, and improvement opportunities while promoting testing practices, CI/CD, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
Experience in backend software development in large-scale production systems. Proven experience leading engineering teams and guiding the professional growth of team members. Proficiency in designing and building distributed architectures, microservices, and event-driven systems. Mastery of backend programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, or Kotlin, along with cloud technologies, containers, and observability.
