HRIS Senior Analyst

Manage and resolve complex incidents and requests related to HRIS applications and systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical and data issues, performing root cause analysis and providing solutions. Perform and oversee complex HRIS transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established controls. Analyze recurring incidents and system performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS administration, configuration, or management. Advanced expertise with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central. Strong experience with HRIS data management and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
