Define and lead the regional funding strategy, including debt mix and treasury policies. Oversee the end-to-end design and execution of capital market operations, coordinating with external stakeholders and internal teams. Monitor financial covenants and ratios, presenting financing recommendations to senior management.

Experience in capital markets, structured finance, or corporate funding with practical involvement in structuring issuances and project management. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and advanced proficiency in English is desirable. Advanced skills in Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI, and AI are also preferred.
