What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a high-performing data engineering team, promoting career plans and engineering excellence. Design, develop, and optimize complex end-to-end data pipelines while actively participating in technical design and writing robust code. Define the technical roadmap for the corporate data platform and structure modern architectures to support massive batch and streaming processing. Implement automated quality frameworks and ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 8 years of experience in software or data engineering, including at least 3 years leading engineering teams. Strong foundation in distributed computing and proven experience developing distributed systems with Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, and complex SQL. Proficient in writing production code in Python, Java, or Scala. Experience designing data pipelines and real-time event-driven architectures with Kafka or similar platforms. Advanced professional English (C1/C2) for daily collaboration with global teams.
