Core Responsibilities

Supervise calls, chats, and field procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and policies. Analyze Calibration Sessions and Quality Control Audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans. Prepare detailed QDR reports to promote transparency and audit vendors to correlate CSAT/NPS with QA attributes for performance enhancement.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a quality control role, focusing on providing feedback to agents. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and areas for improvement. Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning diverse teams towards common goals.
