eLearning Instructional Designer (Remote)

Design and develop comprehensive eLearning content using AI tools for content generation and interactivity. Implement instructional design principles while leveraging AI capabilities to enhance content creation. Collaborate with team members to build and integrate eLearning assets and develop storyboards that incorporate AI-created content.

B.A. or B.S in Adult Education, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology required. Minimum 2 years experience with instructional design best practices and creating complex assessment items. Experience with AI tools and making engaging online courseware in a corporate environment.
