Core Responsibilities

Maintain proactive relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients. Develop scalable success plans for each client, aligned with their business goals. Identify and execute strategies to increase subscriber growth and MRR within the assigned portfolio. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess progress and adjust strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in account management, client success, or similar roles in the B2B technology market. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent English (oral and written). Experience in the wellness or health-related technology sector is a plus.
