What You'll Do
Define and execute the payment methods strategy aligned with business objectives. Manage relationships with acquirers, sub-acquirers, card brands, banks, and other payment partners. Monitor performance indicators such as approval rates, chargebacks, and transaction costs. Lead initiatives to reduce costs and improve conversion rates in checkout flows.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in payment methods, acquiring, fintechs, or financial institutions. Knowledge of Central Bank regulations on payments and payment arrangements. Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
