Ocean Export Customer Service

Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow. Track and trace Ocean Export files and reporting. Meet compliance with internal and external regulations. Communicate overseas and respond to emails and requests in a timely manner.

At least 1 year of Ocean Export experience within a Freight Forwarding company. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
