Provide Level 2 technical support, handling incidents, problem resolution, and corrective maintenance activities. Manage and maintain hardware, operating systems, and infrastructure tools, including monitoring, security, and performance solutions. Document technical, operational, and user support information, and optimize environments while planning and managing platform capacity.

Experience in Information Technology with knowledge in infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, and networks. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Intermediate to advanced English (B2) is mandatory; Spanish is desirable.
