Assoc Payroll Analyst

Review various systems and compile employee changes in the P&D file. Handle cases in ServiceNow related to payroll payments. Maintain communication with the payroll outsourcing provider for payroll inputs and outputs. Support internal audits and ensure compliance with SLA and NPS indicators for the processes.

Professional degree in administrative or related fields such as Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. One year of experience in Human Resources with knowledge of social security and general labor matters. Fluent English. Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is advantageous.
