Requirements

Candidates must have 2–4 years of experience designing and building emails inside ESP platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing conversion-focused work. Required proficiency includes tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, and an understanding of email metrics, segmentation, and A/B testing fundamentals.
