The Associate Technical Account Manager supports primary TAMs in monitoring solution health, configuring systems, and troubleshooting technical issues for VIP clients. They also analyze data patterns to drive customer value and assist in coaching users on best practices and product functionality.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation with mandatory advanced SQL skills. Experience with relational databases and data manipulation is required, while knowledge of Sales Performance Management is preferred.
