Analyze risks from the previous shift and develop operational plans for current and future periods. Monitor productivity indicators and delivery deadlines, coordinating with different areas to prevent operational bottlenecks. Manage attendance, adjust hour gaps, and update training schedules and weekly work shifts.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Data Science, Production Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) and Google Sheets, with familiarity in Generative AI tools. Ability to analyze projections and operational indicators.
