The role is responsible for the comprehensive strategic management of Key Account Channels (Organized Trade and Wholesale), ensuring sustainable and profitable client development and the effective regional deployment of commercial and operational strategies. This includes driving commercial and digital transformation within the channel, accelerating profitable growth, and ensuring volume and quota fulfillment.

Requirements

Candidates must have a professional degree (Administrator, Accountant, or Engineer) and over 5 years of experience in mass consumption companies, specifically within Sales, Key Account Management, or Trade Marketing. Proficiency in English, strong analytical skills, high stress management, and strong leadership are also required.
