Core Responsibilities

This role involves owning full-cycle recruiting, acting as the first point of contact for employee HR questions, and supporting generalist responsibilities across employee relations and HR operations. The HR Generalist will also lead key initiatives to enhance employee experience and process efficiency.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience, along with over three years in an HR Generalist role. Strong knowledge of California labor laws, HR compliance practices, and experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems are essential.
