Analista Jr CloudOps (SysOps AWS)

Monitor the AWS environment using native and non-native tools, addressing events and alarms as defined. Register and manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow Aurora, escalating as necessary. Execute health checks for operational activities and backups, and monitor resource utilization of EC2 instances.

1 to 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud operations, with exposure to AWS. Completed university degree in systems, computer science, or telecommunications. Basic knowledge of AWS services like EC2 and S3, and familiarity with ITIL V4 processes.

Hybrid work modality in Bogotá. Coverage for critical incidents 24/7 and regular services 12/5. Participation in scheduled activities and on-call duty as needed.
