Senior Associate - Sales & Structuring - Cib

Support the definition and implementation of commercial strategies to drive sales of Global Markets products for Corporate and Retail Banking clients. Identify business opportunities, structure commercial proposals, and coordinate the valuation and execution of financial operations with Trading and Structuring teams. Monitor commercial indicators, manage initiatives for product portfolio development, and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in capital markets, investments, or Corporate Banking. A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields is required. Additional training or certifications in financial markets, derivatives, investments, or financial risk management will be valued.
