The role is responsible for ensuring the quality of shipments for service users and leading the team to add value, while identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance the experience for sellers and buyers on the platform. Additionally, the leader will undertake initiatives to improve local and scalable operations across different markets and build a productive team environment.
Requirements
Candidates must have four years of experience in similar roles, including proven experience leading work teams, and must be available to work at the Distribution Center in Tres de Febrero. Tertiary or higher education in Logistics and Transport, along with knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain, distribution, or demand planning, is desirable.
