Partner Quality Performance Advisor

Manage the operational performance of assigned partner portfolio to ensure proper operation and scalability on the platform. Proactively identify inefficiencies in partner processes and implement immediate solutions to reduce operational costs. Establish and maintain constant communication channels with partners to support their operational evolution and resolve incidents promptly.

Advanced students or graduates in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in customer/supplier support, operational quality control, or process monitoring. Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
