Lead support teams for logistics centers. Improve processes and tasks through AI and automation. Develop local and regional analysts supporting operations. Ensure operational efficiency and cost control, as well as service delivery from suppliers. Manage and support business projects with a regional scope in Latam.
Requirements
Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and IT service management. Knowledge of AI applications and automation for IT process improvement. Familiarity with cultural models, engagement, team building, and stakeholder management. Availability to work on-site at logistics sites in Ribeirão Preto at least 3 days a week.
