Business Planning Manager for Solutions and Growth

Lead end-to-end planning activities across the Poly portfolio, ensuring strong demand/supply matching and execution alignment across regions. Drive prioritization across products, channels, and customers while optimizing allocation decisions in constrained environments. Enhance data visibility and performance management by developing and leveraging KPIs to track execution gaps and business outcomes.

10+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations. Strong experience in demand/supply planning and business planning roles, particularly in complex, global, and cross-functional environments. Advanced expertise in supply chain planning and execution.

The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. HP offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and generous time off policies.
