Lead and manage the team of operators to ensure success and efficiency in operational processes. Oversee all operational processes within the SVC including unloading, labeling, sorting, and dispatching to meet quality and safety standards. Ensure compliance with operational metrics at the distribution center, maintaining high standards of quality, punctuality, and safety.

Completed technical or higher education (minimum 4 years). Proven experience in leading teams of 15-30 people. Strong knowledge in continuous improvement, operations management, logistics, supply chain, distribution, or demand planning. Proficient in Office at a user-intermediate level.
