Direct the operational staff (REPS) by strategically assigning tasks, monitoring attendance, and providing continuous feedback to foster a high-performance culture. Plan and coordinate unloading, sorting, and dispatch processes, adjusting staffing in real-time to ensure operational flow and delivery timelines. Monitor productivity, quality, and safety indicators, executing recovery plans for deviations and reporting management results.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Proven experience managing and leading teams of over 30 people in high-demand environments. Strong knowledge in Supply Chain and practical application of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S). Advanced Excel skills and operational management tools.
