Customs Operation Agent

Coordinate and manage cargo routing and dispatch instructions for import and export shipments. Process and obtain delivery orders and port release documentation. Handle Bill of Lading (BL) release procedures and coordinate cargo pickup appointments with transportation services.

1-3 years of experience in customs operations, freight forwarding, logistics, or port operations. Knowledge of customs clearance processes and shipping documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
